Halen A Pupur began as a dream in the heart of Tregaron, brought to life by Morfudd Pugh - wife, mother of four, farmer, and entrepreneur. With a love for community, good food, and local connections, Morfudd set out to create a café that was a little different: a warm, friendly space where people of all ages - children, dogs, and grown-ups alike - could gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company.

From her farming roots, Morfudd has always championed the best of Welsh produce, sourcing locally wherever possible and keeping sustainability at the heart of the business.
